Every card scan, whether it comes from the app's Scan Visiting Card button or a WhatsApp photo, counts against one shared monthly limit: 50 by default, resetting at the start of each calendar month.
- 1Open Me → Card Scan Usage to see how many scans you've used this month.
- 2If you're close to or at your limit, tap "Request 100/month" or "Request 200/month".
- 3Requests are free and reviewed by our team, no payment involved at any point.
- 4Once approved, your new limit applies immediately, no need to wait for the next month.
💡 Good to know — Hitting your limit only blocks new scans. Everything else in Konvur keeps working normally, and any card already scanned and saved is unaffected.
