Scan a card via WhatsApp

This is a separate, invite-only way to scan a card, alongside the in-app scanner. Send a photo straight from WhatsApp and Konvur replies with a one-time link to review and save it, without opening the app.

1. 1Request access once from Me → Featured (or Me → WhatsApp Card Scan if you already have it): access is granted free by our team, not automatic.
2. 2Send a photo of the business card to +971 50 340 7530 on WhatsApp.
3. 3Include "scan" and "card" somewhere in the caption (any wording works, e.g. "Scan and save this card") so it isn't mistaken for an unrelated photo.
4. 4You'll get a reply with a review link within a few seconds. Open it, edit anything OCR missed, and choose to save it as a Lead, Client, or Meeting entry.
5. 5The link and the photo both expire after 24 hours.

• The sender's WhatsApp number must match the mobile or WhatsApp number on your Konvur profile: that's how a scan is matched to your account.
• If the photo is unreadable (blurry, dark, cropped), you'll get a reply asking for a clearer one instead of a broken link.
• Duplicate and conflicting-contact detection works the same as the in-app scanner: you'll be offered the existing record instead of creating a copy.
