Terms of Service

By registering for an account — via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In — you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

You do not need a Konvur account to visit this website. However, if you voluntarily submit the "Submit Your Details" form on a shared profile or event QR page, the following terms apply to you as a visitor:

• Consent to data sharing. By ticking "I agree to the Terms of Use" and clicking Submit, you consent to your submitted details (name, email, mobile, WhatsApp, company, and message) being stored by Konvur and shared with the member whose profile or QR code you scanned — solely to facilitate contact between you and that member.
• Accuracy. You confirm the information you submit is accurate and relates to yourself. You must not submit another person's contact details without their consent.
• No spam or misuse. You must not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing.
• Consent logging. The exact timestamp of your agreement and a bot-risk score (generated by Google reCAPTCHA v3) are recorded alongside your submission as an audit record of your consent.
• Right to removal. You may request deletion of your submitted details at any time by emailing hello@biznetworx.ae. We will action your request within 14 business days.

Konvur is a professional-networking and relationship-management platform that allows users to:

• Capture, manage, and track leads through customisable pipeline stages
• Create and assign tasks and follow-up reminders
• Log client relationships and link them to leads and tasks
• Record activity history (calls, meetings, notes) against contacts
• Share a digital profile via QR code and build a professional network
• Create and manage events and log meetings at those events

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at hello@biznetworx.ae if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Harvest or collect personal data about other users without their consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, including UAE Federal laws on cybercrime and data protection

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for violations, without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Konvur (leads, notes, client records, etc.). By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (e.g. leads, clients) has been collected lawfully and that you have the right to store it in a third-party application.

Workspaces are administered by a designated admin user. The admin may invite additional members, configure pipeline stages and lead fields, and view all leads within the workspace. Members who are removed lose access immediately; their personal profile data is not deleted but their records remain in the workspace for the admin to manage.

Konvur currently operates on a free or invite-based model. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any charges apply, and you will have the option to downgrade or cancel before being billed.

The Konvur name, logo, application design, and all underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Konvur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Konvur and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Me → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via in-app notification or email before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
