Add or edit a contact
A name is the only requirement — everything else is optional.
Where: Connect → Contacts → + button → Add Manually (or open a contact → pencil to edit)

Contacts are the single source of truth for a person's name and details. Leads, clients and connections all read from the linked contact — so updating someone's mobile number here updates it everywhere they're linked, instead of drifting out of sync across separate records.
💡 Good to know — Saving a lead, client, connection or scanned card checks for a matching contact by email or mobile first, so you don't end up with duplicates for the same person.
