Add or edit a lead
Only a name and mobile number are required — everything else is optional.
Where: Work → + button → Add Manually (or open a lead → pencil to edit)

| Lead Stage | Has a default | Where the lead sits in your pipeline. Defaults to "Not Contacted" (status New) if you don't pick one. |

| Lead Source | Optional | Where the lead came from. |
| Campaign | Optional | Link the lead to a campaign. |
| Client | Optional | Link the lead to an existing client (searchable). |

- 1Enter the full name and mobile number (the only required fields).
- 2Fill in anything else that's useful — type, stage, value, source, client link, labels, notes.
- 3Tap Create Lead (or Save Changes when editing).
- Saving is blocked with a message if the name or mobile is missing.
- If a phone or email you typed is invalid, you'll see a red error and it won't save.
- A new lead defaults to the "Not Contacted" stage (status New) when you don't pick a stage.
- Status follows the Stage — picking a stage applies that stage's status automatically.
- When editing, green Call and WhatsApp buttons appear next to the number fields.
