Log activities & notes
Record calls, meetings, visits and notes against a lead.
Where: Lead Detail → Activities tab → Add Activity
Activity types are Email, Call, WhatsApp, Online Meeting and Visit. The default is Call.
| Field | Required? | Rule |

| Lead | Required | Choose which lead the activity belongs to. |
| Type | Has a default | Defaults to Call. |
| Date & Time | Has a default | Defaults to now. |
| Notes | Optional | Free text. |
| Outcome | Optional | A short one-line result. |
💡 Good to know — From an activity you can tap "Schedule Follow-up Task" to instantly create a task pre-filled with that activity's type.
