Find leads — search, filter, sort & bulk actions
Search, smart views, filters, sorting, date ranges and multi-select.
Where: Work → Leads
- Search by name, email or notes; type 3+ digits to search by phone number.
- Smart views: All · Today · Overdue · No Stage (each shows a count).
- Filter by Status, Stage, Type, Source and Campaign (multi-select pills).
- Sort by name, value, newest/oldest, or recently updated.
- Use the calendar icon to filter by created/updated date (today, last 7/30 days, custom…).
- Long-press a lead to enter selection mode, then bulk-move to a stage or bulk-delete.
- Tap the + button for "Import from Contact" or "Add Manually".
- List loads 50 leads at a time — scroll to the bottom to load the next page.
- Each card shows a muted "· Nd ago" next to its age — the most recent logged activity or completed task, so you can spot leads that have gone quiet.
💡 Good to know — After you call or WhatsApp a lead and return to the app, it offers to log that activity for you.
