| Designation / Title | If applicable | Required only to make the profile public. |
| Company Name | If applicable | Required only to make the profile public. |
| Location (City/Emirate) | If applicable | Required only to make the profile public. |
| Specialisations | If applicable | Required to go public (shown if your industry has specialisations). |
| Bio | Optional | Up to 250 characters. |
| Address | Optional | Free text, shown as a contact-info row on your shared page. |
| Company Logo | Optional | Uploaded separately from your avatar; shown next to your company name. |
| Website / LinkedIn / Twitter / Instagram / Facebook | Optional | If filled, must be a valid web address. |
| Shared page theme | Has a default | Light or Dark — controls how your profile looks to visitors who open it via a Meetup or Permanent QR link. Defaults to Light. |
| Make profile public | Optional | Turning this on requires username, designation, company, location and specialisation — it lists anything missing. |
- 1Choose a username and wait for the green "available" tick.
- 2Add your designation, company, location and bio.
- 3Pick your specialisations and add any website / social links.
- 4Flip "Make profile public" on to appear in the directory.
- 5Tap Save Public Profile.
💡 Good to know — Your mobile and WhatsApp are always shared on your public profile when present. Change your avatar from Me → Edit Profile. Switching back to Private doesn't break links you've already shared — a Meetup or Permanent QR someone already has keeps working; it just stops appearing to new people.
