My Connections โ€” By Time, By Person and By Meetup views.
FieldRequired?Rule
Message (for them)If applicableRequired when sending a Log Meeting request. Visible to the recipient.
Meetup (where you met)OptionalPick one of your meetups, or leave as Generic (General connections).
Meeting dateRequiredRequired โ€” defaults to today.
TagsOptionalAdd any number (multi-select, quick-add supported).
NotesOptionalPrivate โ€” only you see these.
Save to ContactsOptionalA checkbox on the Log Meeting / Scan Card form. Ticked, it saves this person into your Contacts address book alongside the connection.
  • My Connections has three view modes โ€” By Time (chronological timeline), By Person (one card per person, all meetings grouped), By Meetup (grouped by event).
  • Network tags on each card: Konvur Member (blue, they have an account) or Outside Network (green, they don't).
  • Source tags: In-App (both of you are members, connected without a QR), QR Scan (Meetup or Permanent QR), Web Form (they filled your profile's contact form) or In Person (scanned/logged a visiting card).
  • New, unacknowledged connections appear in a "NEW REQUESTS" section at the top โ€” tap to acknowledge and set your meeting details.
  • Web contacts (people who filled your QR form) appear alongside app connections in the same views.
  • Accepting a web contact request lets you set the meeting date, tags and notes.
  • If you meet the same person again, logging a new meeting adds it to their existing connection instead of creating a duplicate โ€” the detail screen shows a Meeting History timeline with every meeting, most recent first.
  • Submitting the same web form twice with the same email shows an "Already in connections" badge on the new request โ€” accepting it adds a meeting to the existing connection rather than creating a second one.
  • After saving a meeting, you're prompted to schedule a follow-up task for this person.
  • Tap a connection card to open its full detail โ€” edit tags, notes, change meetup, call or WhatsApp.
  • Soft-delete from the detail screen โ€” your copy is removed but the other person keeps theirs.
