Community Events

Community Events is a company-wide events board, separate from your own personal Meetups. Anyone with an account can browse public events and RSVP; creating and organising an event requires Event Organizer access.

• Public events are listed at konvur.app/community-events and open to anyone; signing in unlocks full details (description, location/meeting link, RSVP deadlines) and the ability to RSVP.
• Private events are invite-only, reachable only via a direct link the organiser shares. Having the link doesn't skip sign-in, the same "sign in for full details" rule applies.
• RSVP options are Going, Maybe, or Not Going. Maybe is a soft, informational response only, it doesn't hold a spot and can't be waitlisted.
• If an event has a maximum capacity and it's full, a new Going RSVP is automatically Waitlisted. When someone already Going backs out, the earliest waitlisted person is automatically promoted to Going.
• RSVPing Going adds the event to your own Meetups automatically, so it shows up alongside your other networking history. Changing away from Going disables that Meetup entry rather than deleting it.
• The event organiser can see the full attendee list, including your name, company, designation, mobile, WhatsApp and email, so they can coordinate the event, regardless of your own public-profile privacy setting.
• Organisers can mark attendance at the door, cancel an event (attendees are notified), or delete an event before it starts.
