Create & manage lead types, stages, statuses, sources, campaigns, labels & task types

The dropdowns you see across the app are yours to customise — add, rename, disable or delete them here.

Where: Work → Work Hub → Field Configuration (Lead Types / Lead Stages / Lead Sources / Campaigns / Labels / Task Types)

Most lists work the same way: tap + to add, tap an item to rename it, toggle it on/off, or delete it. Lead Stages, Labels and Event Tags are colour-coded so you can tell them apart at a glance. Lead Statuses are the one exception — they're a fixed, system list you can view but never change.

Status vs Stage: a lead has two separate, independent fields. Status is its disposition — a fixed, locked set of 8. Stage is its position in your pipeline — fully editable and seeded from your industry. The stage is what drives the automatic statuses.

Lead Statuses (locked): New, Working, Follow Up, On Hold, Junk, Future Client, Won, Lost. These are system dispositions with fixed colours — you can't rename, recolour, reorder, disable or delete them.

Lead Stages are your editable pipeline, seeded per industry. Every pipeline starts with the same 5 locked early-funnel stages — Not Contacted, No Response, Contacted, Not Qualified, Qualified — which can't be renamed, recoloured, disabled, deleted or reordered. After those come curated per-industry stages. You can add your own custom stages at the end and reorder the non-locked ones.

Task Types: manage your custom task types under Field Configuration → Task Types. Type a name and tap + to add. These appear in the Type picker when creating or editing a task.

FieldRequired?Rule
NameRequiredCannot be blank. (Lead Statuses and the 5 locked stages can't be renamed.)
ColourOptionalLead Stages, Labels & Event Tags are colour-coded. Each item gets its own colour — already-used colours are greyed out in the picker.
  • Moving a lead to a stage applies that stage's mapped status, in both directions.
  • If a stage's auto-status is Follow Up, moving a lead there opens the Create Follow Up form.
  • Lead Statuses can't be edited at all — the screen is view-only.
  • You can't disable or delete a stage/type/source/etc. while a lead is still using it.
💡 Good to know — Only stages that are switched on appear in the picker when you add or edit a lead.
