Change your industry
Switch your industry to reset your pipeline with a new set of lead types, stages and sources.
Where: Me → Workspace Configuration → Industry
Any user can change their industry. Changing it resets your lead types, pipeline stages and lead sources to the new industry's defaults.
- A warning modal lists exactly what will be deleted (lead types, stages, sources) before you confirm.
- You must tick "I understand my data will be reset" before the Switch button enables.
- Your actual leads, tasks and clients are NOT affected — only the master-data dropdowns are reset.
- The change is audit-logged.
- After picking a new industry, specialisation pills appear for optional re-selection.
💡 Good to know — Available industries include Real Estate, Finance & Banking, Insurance, Technology, Healthcare, Legal & Consulting, Retail & E-commerce, Education, Hospitality & Tourism, Construction & Engineering, Marketing & Advertising, Media & Entertainment, Automotive, Logistics & Supply Chain, Agriculture & Food, Non-Profit & Social Impact, Energy & Utilities, Crypto & Web3, Events & Exhibitions, Sports & Recreation, and Government & Public Sector.
