Bulk import contacts, leads or clients

Pick what you're importing — Contacts, Leads or Clients — and we email a one-time upload link to your own account email address (via Resend). Open that link on any device, upload your CSV, and come back to the app to review.

• Download the CSV template for the entity you're importing so your columns line up.
• Lead/Client fields like Type, Status, Stage and Source are matched by name against your own master data — unmatched values are left blank rather than blocking the import.
• The uploaded file is staged temporarily and automatically expires after 5 hours if not used.
• Nothing is added to your workspace until you review each row in-app — new vs. possible duplicate — and tap Confirm Import.
