Forgot / reset your password
Request a reset link by email, then set a new password.
Where: Login screen → "Forgot Password?"
- 1On the Login screen tap "Forgot Password?".
- 2Enter your email (it's pre-filled from the login field) and tap Send Link.
- 3Open the email and tap the reset link — it opens the app (or the website).
- 4Enter a new password and confirm it, then tap Update Password.

| New Password | Required | 8+ characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (!@#$%^&*). |
| Confirm Password | Required | Must match the new password. |
💡 Good to know — After updating, you're signed in automatically.
