Create your account (Sign up)
Register with your name, email, password and mobile number, then pick your industry and specialisations.
Where: App launch → Register (link at the bottom of the Login screen)
Sign-up has two steps: your account details, then choosing the industry that sets up your default lead types, pipeline stages and sources. After picking an industry, specialisation pills appear for optional multi-select.

| Password | Required | 8+ characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (!@#$%^&*). A live checklist shows what's still missing. |

| Mobile Number | Required | Pick your country flag (defaults to UAE +971) and enter a valid number for that country. |
| WhatsApp same as Mobile | Optional | A checkbox. When ticked, WhatsApp copies your mobile and the field locks. |
| WhatsApp Number | Optional | Only validated if you type one and the "same as mobile" box is unticked. |
| Agree to Privacy Policy & Terms | Required | You must tick this to create an account — the button stays disabled until you do. |
| Industry (step 2) | Required | Required for normal users. The very first account on the system becomes the super admin and skips this step. |
| Specialisations (step 2) | Optional | Multi-select pills that appear after choosing an industry. Saved when you tap Create Account. |
- 1Fill in your full name, email, password and confirm password.
- 2Enter your mobile number (change the country flag if you're not in the UAE).
- 3Optionally set a different WhatsApp number, or leave "same as mobile" ticked.
- 4Tick the Privacy Policy & Terms box.
- 5Tap Continue, then choose your industry, optionally pick specialisations, and tap Create Account.
- 6If email confirmation is on, confirm via the email we send, then log in.
- The first account ever created becomes the super admin and skips the industry step.
- If the email is already registered you'll see "An account with this email already exists."
- You can also sign up instantly with Google or Apple instead (see the next article).
