Convert a lead to a client
Promote a won lead into a client record in one tap.
Where: Lead Detail → 3-dot menu (top-right) → Convert to Client
- 1Open the lead you want to convert.
- 2Tap the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- 3Tap "Convert to Client".
- 4Review the pre-filled client details and save.
- 5The lead is now linked to the new client and shows a "Client Linked" chip.
💡 Good to know — Converting does not delete or change the lead — it just creates a new client record and links them.
